There are 5 facets of conscientiousness: Industriousness, perfectionism, organization, diligence, and prudence. Each of these facets plays a role, and today’s episode is about how each contributes, and how you can build your strength in each area.

But it’s important to understand that a combination of many different factors are going to lead to your ultimate ability to succeed in this life.
